Engineering manufacturers

Websites for engineering, machinery and auto-component manufacturers.

A catalogue and capability website that shows what you make, what your plant can do and how a buyer can send a drawing or a requirement for a quote.

What buyers check

Buyers check capability before they ask for a price.

A purchase or sourcing engineer is usually comparing several suppliers against a drawing, a part list or a machine requirement. Your website should answer their first questions without a phone call.

01

Can you make this part or machine?

Product families, materials you work with, size and weight ranges, tolerances you normally hold and the processes you run in-house, such as machining, casting, forging, fabrication or assembly.

02

Is the plant real and equipped?

Actual photos of the shop floor, a machine list with capacities, inspection equipment and the certifications your business holds, shown only as supplied by your team.

03

How easy is it to get a quote?

An RFQ form that asks for the drawing reference, material, quantity and delivery schedule, plus a named contact or department so the buyer knows who will reply.

Catalogue and documents

Structure the catalogue the way buyers search.

Product and catalogue structure

Engineering catalogues work best when a buyer can reach the right product in two or three clicks. We usually plan the structure around how your buyers describe what they need.

  • Product categories by machine type, component family or industry served (for example automotive, pumps, power, agriculture or process plant)
  • One page per product family with a specification table: model, capacity, power, dimensions, materials and options
  • Separate capability pages for processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal, welding, heat treatment or surface finishing
  • A machine and equipment list with working envelope or capacity, if you choose to publish it
  • Applications and industries pages that link back to the relevant products

Technical documents

Most engineering buyers want something they can forward to a colleague. These are the documents we typically link from product pages:

  • Product brochures and general arrangement (GA) drawings in PDF
  • Datasheets with ratings, dimensions and performance curves supplied by your team
  • Quality and certification documents your business holds, such as ISO certificates
  • Sample inspection reports, material test certificate formats or PPAP-style documents, where you want to show them
  • Operation and maintenance manuals or spare-part lists for machinery buyers

Specifications, certificates, test results and claims are supplied and approved by your team. We organise and present them; we do not certify products or compliance.

Enquiries

Ask for the details your team needs to quote.

A short, specific RFQ form saves a round of follow-up questions. We agree the fields with your sales team before building it.

RFQ fields that matter

  • Part name or drawing number, with a note on how the buyer can share the drawing file
  • Material grade and any specified standard
  • Quantity per batch and expected annual volume
  • Critical tolerances, surface finish or coating requirements
  • Target delivery date, delivery location and inspection needs
  • Company name, role, email and phone so sales can follow up the same day

Export enquiries

  • Units in metric with imperial equivalents where your buyers expect them
  • Standards and material grades written the way overseas buyers search for them
  • Clear information on packing, export documentation and the delivery terms you can offer
  • A country field in the RFQ so enquiries can be routed to the right person
  • Spare-part and after-sales information for machinery shipped abroad
Manufacturer Digital Presence

A focused starting scope.

  • Business website with up to 20 supplied products
  • RFQ and general enquiry forms
  • Mobile experience and basic on-page SEO
  • PDF catalogue and technical document links
  • Google Business Profile assistance where eligible
  • Analytics setup, testing and handover

Separate content writing, translation, catalogue design, ERP integrations and ongoing campaigns are quoted if needed.

Search visibility

Use the words your buyers search with.

Engineering buyers search with specific terms: the part, the process, the material and often the industry. Each important product family can target a small group of these phrases instead of one generic page trying to rank for everything.

These are starting ideas only. We check them against your actual products and the terms your buyers already use before writing page titles and headings.

Your questions

A few things worth knowing.

Can buyers upload drawings through the RFQ form?

File uploads can be scoped if your hosting and form setup support them. A simpler option is to collect the drawing number in the form and ask the buyer to email the file, which keeps large CAD files out of the website.

Can you show our machine list and capacity?

Yes. If you supply the machine list, capacities and photos, we present them on a capability page. You decide what is published and you approve the final wording.

Do you write technical specifications for us?

Your team supplies and approves specifications, tolerances, ratings and certifications. We organise and present this information clearly; we do not certify product performance.

What if we have more than 20 products?

The ₹45,000 starting scope covers up to 20 supplied product entries. Larger catalogues, configurators or ERP connections are quoted separately after we review your data.

Do you guarantee enquiries or rankings?

No. Results depend on demand, competition, your products and how quickly your team responds. We set up the enquiry paths and agreed measurement, then review actual data with you.
